For one-time reservations. Monthly reservations use a separate rental agreement.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE DROPPING A TRAILER, USE ONE 6X6X8 BOARD UNDER EACH FOOT OF THE LANDING GEAR. Boards are provided onsite, and can be found in the middle parking spots. WITHOUT PROPER SUPPORT, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE RECOVERY COST IF THE TRAILER SINKS. 1. Access & Payment Gate Access is Your Permit: Entrance and exit are granted only by the unique gate code provided upon confirmed payment. This code is your proof of payment and permit to park. One Code, One Spot: Each gate code purchased is valid for one (1) parking spot for the duration paid for. Sharing or providing your code to another vehicle is prohibited. No On-Site Payment: All transactions must be completed through our online system or app prior to arrival. There is no physical kiosk or office for payment. 2. Parking & Operation Park Within Your Lines: Your entire vehicle (tractor & trailer) must be completely within the lines of a single parking spot. Do not block drive lanes, access roads, or empty spaces. First-Come, First-Served: Spots are not assigned. Please choose any available spot. Saving spots for other drivers is strictly prohibited. No Unauthorized Vehicles: Parking is for commercial trucks only. Personal automobiles, RVs, or other unauthorized vehicles are not permitted and will be towed. Operational Courtesy: While we don't have a formal speed limit, please operate your vehicle on the property at a safe, slow, and professional speed. Use of engine brakes (Jake Brakes) is prohibited within the facility. 3. Cleanliness & Maintenance (STRICTLY ENFORCED) Zero Tolerance for Littering: You are responsible for keeping your parking area clean. All personal trash must be bagged and disposed of in the designated dumpsters. Absolutely NO Fluid Disposal: Gray Water & Sewage: Draining sinks, toilets, or any holding tanks onto the pavement or ground is EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN. Violators will be issued a minimum $500 cleanup fee and be permanently banned. Oil, Fuel, Coolant: Any discharge of petroleum products, coolant, or other vehicle fluids is an EPA violation. Violators will be fined, reported to authorities, and banned. Cargo Debris: You are responsible for disposing of all shipping debris (e.g., broken pallets, banding straps, plastic wrap). Do not leave it in your spot or by the dumpsters. No Washing or Repairs: Washing trucks, performing oil changes, or conducting major mechanical repairs in the parking lot is prohibited. Minor emergency repairs (e.g., changing a light bulb) are acceptable. 4. Safety & Security No Open Fires: Open fires, fire pits, and charcoal grills are prohibited. Portable propane grills are permitted but must be used responsibly and kept at a safe distance from vehicles. Smoking: Dispose of cigarette butts in proper containers. Do not throw them on the ground. Your Responsibility: While we provide a secure gate system, the ultimate security of your truck and cargo is your responsibility. Lock your doors and secure your load. No Hazardous Materials: Parking of vehicles transporting hazardous materials is prohibited unless explicitly declared and authorized during the online payment process. 5. Enforcement Violations of these rules will be monitored via security patrols and camera systems. Fines: Violations, especially those related to dumping fluids or littering, will result in automatic fines (from $250 to $1000) charged to the payment method on file. Towing/Banning: Vehicles in violation are subject to immediate towing at the owner's expense. Serious or repeated violations will result in the permanent revocation of parking privileges. By purchasing a gate code and entering the facility, you agree to abide by these rules and accept all liability for your vehicle and actions.
