Each property operator establishes the parking and use rules for its property. The site rules displayed in the terms and conditions during booking apply to reservations at that property.

If a site rule conflicts with a general parking or use rule below, the site rule controls for physical use of that property, including permission for trailer detachment or trailer storage. Site rules do not otherwise replace the terms governing use of the Best Truck Parking marketplace or override applicable law.

Any applicable reservation or license agreement accepted for the booking also applies.

Best Truck Parking, LLC reserves the right to refuse access to any person who is or could potentially be a threat to the safety, reputation, or property and/or its occupants.

No illegal substances or activities will be tolerated on Best Truck Parking, LLC's premises.

No alcohol is permitted on the property unless it is secured in a trailer and the alcohol is listed on the Bill of Lading.

Liability insurance must be current and a copy of the insurance card or policy must accompany the equipment at all times.

The space may be used only for parking or storage authorized by the property operator and your reservation.

Tenant will not park in a manner that restricts other vehicles from entering or exiting the premises — violators will be towed at owner's expense.

Trailer-only parking, trailer storage, and dropping or detaching trailers are permitted when authorized by the property operator through the site rules or your confirmed reservation. Use only assigned spaces and follow the operator's safety and equipment requirements. If permission is unclear, contact the property operator before booking.

Parking permits and/or permission may not be transferred from one unit of equipment to another under any circumstances.

Tenants park at their own risk and assume all responsibility for lost, damaged, or missing property or equipment.

The tenant, employer of the tenant, or company authorizing the tenant to sign on their behalf will be held liable for any damages to Best Truck Parking, LLC's property caused.

Best Truck Parking, LLC accepts no responsibility to protect, physically accept, or redeliver the equipment or any of its contents.

Best Truck Parking, LLC is not responsible for fire, theft, or damage of any kind to the equipment or loss of any cargo, contents, or articles in the equipment.

No littering — violators will be removed from the property.

No solicitation of any kind.
